| Robert (Bob) Schmaltz,
CEO
As CEO, Bob leads the client relationship efforts for FMS drawing from his
extensive business development experience which includes leading product
development initiatives, managing a national sales team, and heading up
a sales force training initiative. Mr. Schmaltz has lead sales management
and training programs for both insurance and banking product introductions.
Bob’s experience in financial institution operations provides a
solid base for developing the products and client base for Financial Marketing
Solutions. He has been recognized through numerous awards including a
National Salesman of the Year award for the National Independent Broker’s
Inc. Bob has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Finance
from Minot State University, Minot, ND.
Nancy Schumacher, Controller
Nancy Schumacher
has 21 years of experience in accounting, human resources and
administration. For fourteen
of those years she served as Controller for a computer software sales and
services organization. For the
past four years she has run her own business providing accounting services
to small and start-up businesses whose focus is mainly on consulting and
computer software sales.
Tracy Dominguez, FMS Call Center Operations Manager
Tracy
has led the
FMS
Client
Support
Center
since 2002.
Tracy
has been in the Customer Service Industry for 18 years and in the IT industry
for five years. Support Specialist
for IBM/Hitachi Global Storage Technologies, she provided exceptional support
for portable and desktop IDE hard drives as well as server SCSI drives.
Because of her excellent communication and issue resolution skills,
Tracy
was later promoted to Corporate Executive Support.
Tracy
has trained teams in the area of warranty (RMA) and software training, and has
assisted in writing policies and procedures in regards to call centers.
Tracy
attended two years at Minnesota State College Southeast Technical for her A.A.S.
in Microcomputer Support.
Tracy oversees and manages the Red Wing Call Center operations, provides
customer support for all FMS products, oversees and manages the Call Center
personnel, and provides database support for defining customer views.
Scott Henry, Chief Technology Officer
Scott Henry serves as FMS' CTO. In
this role, Scott guides the technical direction of the company. Scott
has over 19 years of experience in technology service, support, design and
management. Scott has been a
central participant in helping many companies realize their full technical
potential in industries such as health care, manufacturing, finance, legal
and technology. Scott's client
list includes 3M, Honeywell, Mayo Clinic, ADP, Cargill and American
Express. Scott has a daughter
and participates actively in the non-profit sector.
Art Olson, FMS Software Product Design,
Development and Support
Art has more than 30 years of computer technology experience in project
management, design, and development of software automation of I/T
processes.
Art provides direction for FMS software projects, Web sites, and software products. He also is responsible for designing, developing
and implementing internal software programs for automating manual I/T
processes within FMS.
